Are you a motivated leader with leadership and people development skills?

We are looking for a motivated leader to join our leadership team as a Warehouse Shift Leader at R2. Reporting to the Warehouse HOD, you will be responsible and accountable for the effective management of your Warehouse Operatives. Your mission is to drive performance, uphold standards, meet partner expectations, and ensure every colleague is coached to reach their full potential in line with our warehouse strategy.

You will work on the rotating 4-week/ 28-day DuPont pattern, 14 shifts in every 28-day period, working a combination of 12-hour day & night shifts with 1 full week off in every 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Development: Lead, supervise, and motivate the team. You will be the primary coach, ensuring individual development and high team morale and engagement.
Operational Performance: Oversee daily operations and take ownership of your shift KPIs, ensuring all department objectives and partner expectations are met.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and support implementation of improvements, to standardise processes and improve our overall way of working.
Safety & Compliance: Take accountability for Health & Safety and workplace standards, ensuring the R2 environment is compliant and safe for all. Implement and maintain training and development plans.
Shift Administration: Manage essential shift documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth handover and clear record-keeping.
