We are looking for a Packing Operator

Would you like to develop yourself through multiple training opportunities on a professional development journey? Do you enjoy working towards and achieving KPI’s? Can you build strong working relationships with your Colleagues?

  • Achieving line OEE and quality

  • Adhering to defined changeover standards

  • Avoiding non-conformances and partner complaints where possible by following set processes

  • Demonstrating a flexible and adaptable working style

  • Contribute and maintain a positive working environment

  • Following strict Health and Safety regulations

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Supporting other areas and departments when required

  • Cleanliness and organisation of working area

  • Quick and accurate decision making

  • Evidence of coaching and mentoring other team members

  • Completion of all training requirements
